• Product Material: Mainly made of Q235B steel or 304 stainless steel, with tensile strength ≥ 375MPa and yield strength ≥ 235MPa, which ensures the strength and stability of the bracket.
• Surface Treatment: There are methods such as hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer ≥ 65μm), stainless steel original color, and epoxy spraying (dry film ≥ 80μm), which have good corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance ≥ 1000h, outdoor service life of more than 15 years, and low indoor maintenance costs.

• Efficient Seismic Protection: Equipped with hinged, spring damping and other seismic joints, it can resist horizontal and vertical seismic forces, reducing the risk of water pipe breakage and falling off. It complies with GB 50981 *Code for Seismic Design of Building Electromechanical Engineering*, is suitable for seismic fortification zones of 6-9 degrees, and can withstand horizontal acceleration loads ≥ 0.6g.
• High Load-bearing Capacity and Stability: The load-bearing capacity of a single bracket can reach 50-800kg according to specifications. Through triangular support or multi-directional restraint structure, it prevents water pipes from shifting or twisting due to vibration, ensuring the continuous operation of the water supply and drainage system during earthquakes.
• Flexible Adaptation and Compatibility: It is suitable for galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, PE pipes and other pipes with DN25-DN300. The diameter adaptation range can be adjusted through pipe clamps, U-clamps and other accessories. It can also share the base with air ducts and cable tray seismic supports, saving space.
• Technical Parameters:
• Seismic Joint Types: There are hinged, universal ball joint, spring damping and other types, with horizontal displacement compensation ≥ 40mm and vertical displacement compensation ≥ 15mm.
• Installation Spacing: For horizontal water pipes, the spacing is ≤18m for seismic fortification of 6-7 degrees, ≤12m for 8 degrees, and ≤6m for 9 degrees; the spacing for vertical water pipes is ≤6m, with at least 1 installation per floor.
• Installation Process:
• Positioning and Setting-out: Mark the bracket positions according to the design drawings. The spacing of horizontal pipe brackets must meet the seismic fortification requirements. There shall be at least 1 vertical pipe bracket per floor, preferably 1.5-1.8m from the ground.
• Fixing the Base: Fix the base with M10-M16 expansion bolts for concrete structures, and use welding or bolt connection for steel structures, ensuring that the load-bearing capacity of the base is ≥1.5 times the bracket load, and it is reliably connected to the building main body.
• Bracket Assembly and Adjustment: Assemble the channel steel, seismic connectors and pipe clamps according to the drawings, adjust the levelness (deviation ≤ 2mm/m) and verticality (deviation ≤ 3mm) of the bracket, and the torque of the joint bolts shall reach 40-60N・m.
• Pipe Fixing: Fasten the pipes with pipe clamps after installation, pad rubber gaskets between the clamps and the pipes to prevent wear, and keep the hinged parts of the seismic joints movable without affecting the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipes.
• Maintenance Points:
• Regular Inspection: Check whether the bolts are loose, whether there are cracks in the welds and whether the anti-corrosion layer is damaged every quarter, and replace accessories or touch up paint in time if problems are found.
• Joint Maintenance: Apply lithium-based grease to spring damping joints every year, test the spring compression rebound amount (should be ≥90%), check the wear of the pin shaft of hinged joints, and replace it if the wear exceeds 1mm.

Pipeline Linkage Test: Combine the pipeline system pressure test to check whether the fixing position of the bracket and the pipeline is displaced, and ensure that the pipe clamp fits tightly with the pipeline without gaps and looseness.
